We Need More Doctors - Ad
Campaign
On May 1, 2010, the NLMA launched an extensive
TV, radio and print ad campaign to highlight the long wait times
caused by the serious shortage of physicians in Newfoundland and
Labrador.
Advertisements were scheduled to run on CBC Television, NTV,
VOCM, Coast 101.1, Hits FM 99.1, VOWR and OZ-FM, in The Telegram,
The Shoreline, Northeast Avalon Times, The Western
Star and all Transcontinental community weeklies, as well as on
the web on VOCM Listen Live and The Telegram website.
