The research and
evaluation department of the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health
Information (NLCHI) publishes summary reports on health status, known as
Fast Facts, throughout the year.

The research and evaluation department
of the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information (NLCHI)
publishes summary reports on health status, known as Fast Facts,
throughout the year. A sample Fast Facts brochure with a
faxable order form was distributed with the print edition of
Nexus and is also available
online
(PDF).
Any physician who would like copies of future Fast Facts
publications sent to them electronically or hard copy can submit the
fax form or email Kayla Collins.
The research and evaluation department is
also available to assist with a variety of research needs of physicians,
from answering requests for health information and providing customized
reports, to statistical support, and helping individual’s with research
methodology. Staff members are trained in applied health and
epidemiological research methods, including both quantitative and
qualitative research techniques. If you are interested in learning more
