was mailed to all CMA Members in the NLMA on
January 14, 2010. The Newfoundland and Labrador Medical
Association (NLMA) is
asking its members who are also members of the Canadian Medical
Association (CMA) to elect the Newfoundland and Labrador nominee for
the position of CMA President-Elect for 2010-2011. You have the option to vote either by mail
or electronically. To vote, you will require your CMA Number and your
unique Voting Password, which has been issued specifically for this
election. These numbers can be found at the bottom of the ballot
envelope included with the voting package. The CMA and the NLMA have retained the
services of Fair Vote Canada, a non-profit organization with
electoral expertise, to help oversee the election. A past president
of Fair Vote Canada, Wayne Smith, is providing assistance throughout
the election period and will be present as Chief Returning Officer
