listing service for members of the of NLMA. Submissions are welcomed
from both members and non-members.
Please do not contact the NLMA in response to
a particular listing; use the listing-specific contact information
below instead.
Career Listings
The
Physician Recruitment Website for Newfoundland
and Labrador provides information on available practice
opportunities and details on living and practicing medicine in the
province. As well, it provides a number of services to interested
physicians such as job/locum notices. The information is provided by
the four Regional Health Authorities as well as private practice
clinics who are actively recruiting.
To avoid
service duplication, the NLMA will no longer be accepting career
listings for our online Bulletin Board.

International Travel is pleased to offer the Zostavax vaccine.
They carry the vaccine at the clinic, as they have the
freezer storage capacity, and clients do not need a prescription
to come in, although they do need to call for an appointment. The vaccine is appropriate for people over 60 who
wish to prevent shingles and post herpetic neuralgia. The cost
is $200 and there are no administration fees applied to the
vaccine.
