Walk the Doc

Assembly point: Main Entrance, GEO Centre Meet with your colleagues for a brisk walk on Signal Hill prior to the AGM.

Lively Debate

The meeting session provides an opportunity to hear new and important information and participate in lively debate of resolutions from the membership that will shape the direction of the NLMA for the next year.

President's Dinner

Our President's Dinner will bring the AGM to a close with the CMA President's Address, the Presentation of Awards and Installation of the NLMA President.

2010 NLMA AGM

A meeting package containing a brochure, Registration Form and Accommodations Forms will  be mailed to all members on April 15.

This past year has been both exciting and at times trying for the NLMA. While much has been accomplished, much work remains. We look forward to seeing many of you at the AGM as we define our issues and address the challenges in the year ahead.

How to Participate

Submit Your Resolutions Submit your resolutions by May 14 for debate during the meeting session. Resolutions will also be accepted from the floor and debated, time permitting. You must be present, in person, with your seconder. Please submit resolutions to:

Register and Attend

To facilitate the ordering of food, you must pre-register by end of day June 9 to attend the evening social event (i.e., President's Dinner). Tickets to this event will not be sold on site.

  • Register Complete and return the Registration Form (PDF) to the NLMA.
  • Registration Desk The registration desk will be in the Reception Hall of the Johnson GEO Centre.

GP Section Annual Meeting

The GP Section Annual Meeting will take place immediately prior to the Business Meeting. All interested family physicians are encouraged to attend.
